I'm off to Fire Island for the first beach weekend of the summer; unfortunately, I'm not certain the weather is going to cooperate.  Deb is joining me and I'm in charge of cooking Saturday night -- the menu includes grilled shrimp tacos with grilled pineapple salsa, grilled corn with chili-lime-garlic butter, black beans and rice, and a tres leches cake for dessert.  Can you tell I like to use the grill out there?
