All I can say is, thank the high heavens that you didn't have to go through the normal Gothamist hoop of replacing all first-person identifiers with the self-plural "Gothamist".
Although, perhaps, it would have been hilarious...

glad everything turned out alright, makes me want to try it for a day or two.
Its probably not a good way to lose fat (you'll lose muscle instead).
