Good luck!
A guy I work with is trainig for the New York marathon. He runs 5 miles a night 4 days a week and 13-15 miles on a Sunday.

Nope. Nobody chasing me. I'm not up to 13-15 miles, but I'm going to keep increasing if I can. 1 hour is my next goal. Should be close to 6 miles.
