Amen, sister, couldn't have said it better myself. She goes on to talk about how the hottest guys in Hollywood are ones who have a few pounds on them, have a healthy relationship with food, and know how to enjoy themselves without overdoing it. There's definitely a difference between a healthy balance and an unhealthy obsession. Wonder what Derek would think about that based on some of his recent posts? That said, I'm off for a run and then a trip to the Greenmarket. See -- balance!

Well, I'm not actually that much of a healthy eater, although I am trying to forgo fried stuff at lunch. But what's this about women wanting being sick of men who are "in better shape" than they are and exercise more?? Okay, my best run of the year was probably the Scotland 10K - 10 women out of 2,337 beat me. (some by quite a bit, admittedly). If Ms. Wenman Steel wants to be in better shape than me, she should start hitting the pavement...
