I'm going to enjoy the hell out of my summer in NYC. Manhattan Transfer has the right idea about NYC in the summertime. Grab a drink and join the party.

let's not forget about the Mermaid parade
Ok, here's the deal about the parade this year. Normally, we'd pay a nominal fee $25 for a whole group but this year it's up to $10 a person. If everyone registers on their own then there is no guarantee that our numbers will be in order so that we can march together. Plus I heard through the C.I. grapevine that there is a new person in charge this year.
I am happy and willing to go out on a limb and pay $100 to register for 10 folks today. Please email me ASAP today to get/confirm a slot. Let me know if you have any friends interested to fill the remaining spots. Once I get our group number, I will let you know.
Mermaid parade shopping:
Wigs at Ricki's, fabric at any store in China Town, accessories at Goodwill or Salvation Army, glitter at Pearl Paint.
